We are adding talented professionals to our team in 2024.Greenwise is seeking to hire a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to serve our Milwaukee clients. In this role you would manage and sell all aspects of a property owner’s landscape needs including turf care, regular maintenance and enhancement work. CRMs work with our operations department and horticulture manager; estimate, propose and manage small projects; and act as liaison between our clients and crews to ensure our services are delivered with the highest quality. An ideal candidate for this role is passionate about the environment, has a strong knowledge of lawn care and horticulture, and possesses excellent communication skills.The CRM will work closely with the Sales Manager, Client Relationship Administrators (CRA), Landscape Designers, and the operations team for sale and execution of programs and projects.The primary tasks and responsibilities of this role will include:Shadow and support sales team for training:Learn plant IDProper seasonal careLearn how to set expectations with clients and best customer service practicesSupport operations management:Administrative support; procurementField supportDeliveriesMinor field crew support; understand how to perform certain services and better understanding of time it takes to perform for future estimatingAnnual contract renewals for landscape and snow programsClient communication during and after proposals are presentedMeeting crews to start jobs as they are scheduledSite checks for quality assurance on maintenance accounts and projectsWorking with landscape designers to convert projects clients to maintenance programs and vice versaAs training and experience increase, more sales and accounts will be passed to CRM to handle independently (with continued support as needed)Below are the technical and job-specific skills that an ideal candidate will bring to this role:Enthusiasm for landscape industryCompetence in all Microsoft Office programsWillingness and ability to learn new software and estimating (e.g. Aspire)Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not requiredBelow are the qualities that an ideal candidate will bring to this role:Desire to learn and growTeam playerGoal-orientedStrong communication skills, both written and verbalStrong time management and organizational skillsPassion for outdoor spaces and the environmentStrong focus and detail-oriented approach to every taskAbility to set and meet reasonable deadlinesAbility to function in a fast-paced environment with changing schedules, deadlines, and prioritiesPositive, energetic attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a teamAbility to problem solve and research solutions when not immediately knownBenefits:401(k) + matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insurancePaid time offPaid holidaysThis is a full-time, in-person role.
