Description We are in search of a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and ensuring high-quality customer satisfaction within the parking industry. This is a contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries related to parking, the parking application, and payments professionally through inbound calls. Promptly monitor and respond to customer emails, ensuring helpful and accurate information is provided. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues with our parking app. Handle customer complaints or concerns diplomatically and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. Ensure the correct processing of payments and address any arising payment issues. Accurately document customer interactions, update their records, and maintain a robust customer database. Collaborate with the team to ensure uniformity in the presentation of information and delivery of top-tier customer service. Maintain a thorough understanding of our parking facilities, app features, and payment processes to provide exceptional service. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys or follow-ups as required. Perform other duties as assigned, adhering to company policies and procedures. Requirements Proficient in various computer programs related to customer service and data entry. Capable of answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service. Ability to assist customers with their needs and queries in a timely and efficient manner. Skilled in written communication, particularly through email. Experience or willingness to learn about parking lot operations. Demonstrated ability to enter and manage data accurately and efficiently. Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing a great customer experience.
