Description:
Support PMO on project maintenance, financial transacting, SharePoint administration, Stage Gate review, and other miscellaneous PMO operational activities.
Management of departmental project forecasting and spend performance monitoring processes.
Interface with corporate Finance for Asset Management, Policy adherence, and other critical responsibilities.
Support project documentation process in alignment with Common Product Development (CPD) process.
Responsible for training department resources on financial processes, CPD, and other operational PMO processes.
Key PMO subject matter expert for operational process improvement.
Accountable for developing and analysis of reporting and metrics for key PMO operational processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Min. 2+ years work in a structure project environment
Solid knowledge of accounting principles
Excellent MS Excel skills, knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
Working knowledge of ERP system (preferably SAP). Experience with Project Systems is a plus.
Effective interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with peers, managers and leadership.
Business partnering skills – proactive, results oriented and self-driven in task execution.
A sense of integrity and business ethics, as well as cultural sensitivity
