Description We are offering a contractual role for an HR Recruiter located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The primary function of this role involves the screening and interviewing of job applicants for a professional services project. This position also requires the evaluation of candidates' abilities, professionalism, and suitability for the company.Responsibilities: Review resumes and job applications to prefilter and shortlist potential candidates. Conduct initial phone or video interviews to screen candidates. Arrange further interviews with relevant department heads if initial interviews are successful. Utilize various assessment tools to evaluate candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience. Provide important company and job information to candidates, including duties and company policies. Maintain accurate and current applicant data in our database. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Utilize various software tools such as ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Microsoft Excel, About Time, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams to facilitate the hiring process. Handle documentation related to hiring processes in a confidential and professional manner. Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability for the role. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in a HR Recruiter role or similar Proficient in the use of ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams Familiarity with 'About Time' software Excellent documentation skills Proven experience in executing hiring processes Ability to conduct interviews effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Demonstrable problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
