Multiple restaurant and hospitality company is seeking an Executive Chef to manage and develop multiple locations. Candidates must be up to task in managing a large kitchen staff, along with performing the necessary administrative duties needed to make a large kitchen profitable. This candidate will assist with the menu development for a new restaurant and be responsible for the operations of multiple kitchens as well as banquet facilities. The Executive Chef will oversee the management teams at both locations.
Our Executive Chef should be able to flourish in a fast paced, high-volume environment while still exercising your creative side by operating a growing banquet department. Multi-tasking, great communication skills, the desire to coach and develop your team are among a few of the interpersonal skills we are looking for as well.
Candidates will need to bring:
Minimum 2 year degree in culinary program
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Use of Toast XtraChef is advantageous
Strong writing/math
