Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Develop and execute innovative menu items that reflect our high standards and cater to our discerning customers.
Ensure the highest quality of food production, maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Manage inventory, ordering, and product sourcing.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the catering team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant, specialty food store, or catering operation.
Culinary degree or equivalent training/experience.
Strong culinary skills with a passion for gourmet food and innovative cooking techniques.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence in food quality and presentation.
