Maxie’s has a great opportunity for someone who may have some restaurant experience working in either the Front of House or Back of House and want to gain more restaurant knowledge.
Oyster Shuckers work behind the bar shucking oysters, supporting the bartenders and talking with guests.
Food Runners work with the Expediter on making sure the food looks great, and getting the food out to our guests.
Ideal candidates should have some restaurant experience, but we are willing to train. You must have great customer service skills, genuine hospitality and enjoy working in a team atmosphere. You need to be able to multi task and also work well under pressure. Candidates must be 18 years or older. Hourly wage range $10 - $12 plus tips.
Our goal is to hire someone who can work both positions throughout the week.
Our Southern inspired menu includes Low Country cooking of the Carolinas and Creole & Cajun cooking of Louisiana. When our guests walk into Maxie’s they get the feeling of walking into a party. Come tryout for the team at one Milwaukee’s busiest and most consistent restaurants.
Maxie’s is open at 4pm Monday-Saturday, candidates must be available for a 3 shift minimum and weekend availability is required.
