A busy family with a lovely home on the North Shore of Milwaukee, 20 minutes north of downtown, is seeking an experienced Housekeeper who is happy to collaborate with their current Housekeeper and is comfortable in a dog-friendly home. This person would also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the family’s home on Pine Lake in the summers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a housekeeper in a private home or luxury hotel
- Ability to anticipate household needs and take initiative to address them
- High attention to detail
- Reliable and discreet with a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
- All deep and specialty cleaning within the home
- Perform daily graces
- Assist with laundry for the family
- Assist current Housekeeper with any projects or errands as requested
- Greet and interact with vendors
- Additional duties upon request
Schedule:
This is a part-time position with hours ranging between 20-25/week and a general schedule of 9am-3pm with the ability to work additional hours as requested. This person will work on Mondays, Fridays, and am additional day of their choosing during the week.
Compensation:
Compensation will range from $35-$40/hour based on experience. Benefits such as paid holidays on scheduled workdays and PTO following one year of service are available.
