PHOENIX, AZ We are searching for an experienced Rollform Mechanic / Fabricator/ Designer with a strong rollforming & machining background to join our team, and lead . We are a young, exciting sheet metal manufacturing company in sunny PHOENIX, AZ.
Must be willing to relocate asap. Relocation assistance available. Sign on bonus available for the right person.
Essential Functions:
Design, Build, Assembly, Maintenance, Repair and troubleshooting of Rollformers and Press machinery for sheet metal operation
Tool & die experience a plus
Press & Press brake experience a plus
Programming if needed through CAM software is a plus
Regular maintenance of all equipment. Set up and implement Maintenance plan for all equipment
Repair equipment as needed
Operates a variety of machines when needed
Troubleshoot
Ability to perform set-ups for long- and short-term production
Work with complex tooling
Welding
Overtime is worked on a normal basis to accommodate customer demands
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Minimum 5+ years working on / fabricating / designing roll forming systems
CNC Programming Experience a plus
CAD and CAM Experience a plus
Mastercam or Fusion 360 a plus

Schedule: 8-10 hour shift, day shift, overtime
Shift availability: Day shift (Preferred)
