Job Responsibilities:
Receive and check in incoming shipping orders, ensuring accuracy before processing.
Organize and box items for production according to order paperwork.
Verify customer order approvals and follow up when necessary.
Contact customers to notify them when orders are completed.
Ship orders based on customer preferences and requests.
Send follow-up emails to ensure customer satisfaction after order completion.
Maintain accurate records and assist with general fulfillment tasks.

Good communication skills for interacting with customers via phone and email.
