We are an apartment and self storage real estate management company looking for an experienced facility manager that can:
1) Assist in grounds maintenance such as mulching, lawn care, weed removal, bush trimming, etc.
2) Perform minor repairs of doors, appliances, electrical outlets, clogged drains, etc.
3) Install ceiling fans, window blinds and garbage drains
4) Perform interior and exterior painting
5) Work independently
6) Interact with tenants
7) Most own vehicle and smart phone
