CNC Machinist – First & Second Shift | Cudahy, WI

Herdeman Acquisition has been a premier machine shop and machine builder for over 55 years. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for skilled CNC Machinists to join our team on first shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) and second shift (11:00 AM – 7:30 PM).

What You’ll Do:
Set up, program, and operate CNC machining centers and lathes.
Mount existing fixturing or develop your own machine setup.
Install tooling in holders as needed
Programming & editing CNC programs is a BIG plus!
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precision.
Perform quality inspections using micrometers and calipers.
Work with manual machines as needed (Bridgeport, lathes, VTL, boring bar).
Operate overhead and jib cranes.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of CNC machining experience.
Ability to multi-task and operate multiple machines.
Experience with carbon steels, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Haas & Mazak experience a plus!
Dependable, detail-oriented, and a great team player.
