Established Waukesha service company looking for technicians. We service Commercial HVAC, Commercial Refrigeration, and Commercial Foodservice Equipment.
We offer competitive or better pay, (pay based on abilities not tenure. Can increase pay as Quickley as you become more proficient in your trade), 401k with generous match, paid vacation and holidays, health / dental/ vision insurance, company supplied service truck, and company supplied tools (excluding hand and basic power tools).
All levels of experience considered. We will train those with mechanical abilities and aptitude.
Recession proof career. Even during the Covid shut down our techs were working and getting paid. This is an hourly position with overtime, no selling required, and pay is not based on commissions.
