Moving Supervisor/ Team Leader
Job type: Part time/full time at least 30 hours Pay: $25-$28
Qualifications: High school diploma, driving training cdl a plus.

In this role you will be responsible for driving and moving. As a team leader you will ensure the safety of handling, loading, and unloading of customer's belongings. You will also be expected to deliver excellent customer service, manage time effectively and ensure that moves are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
operate company trucks safely, conduct pre and post trip inspections. Navigate routes using google maps, follows compliance with dot.
Works with two or more movers and assures that all work is completed to customer satisfaction.
Delegate task and ensure proper padding and preparation and loading of customer's belongings.
Maintains good team morale and resolves any issues on site.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
conduct pre-post move walkthrough as well as confirming the job details.
Addresses any customer's concerns as well as documenting and letting customer service know of any damage to the job.
Complete job paperwork, bill of sale and collect payments.
Lift heavy items up to 75 lbs.
