Recruiting Consultant

Location: Remote – Must reside in WIHome Office Location:  Pewaukee, WIWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruiting Consultant to join our team. This role requires a proactive recruiter with proven experience in cold-calling passive candidates, building strong pipelines, and successfully filling roles across various industries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at reaching the ideal candidate, and has a strong ability to engage passive candidates.Key Responsibilities:Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and other recruiting technologies.Conduct candidate outreach through multiple channels, including cold calling, email, and social media.Perform in-depth screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and culture fit.Collaborate closely with team members to understand job requirements and talent needs.Utilize our applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters) and other tools to track and manage candidates efficiently.Ensure an excellent candidate experience with clear and timely communication.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.Write job descriptions and phone interview templates for assigned positions.
