Are you great with people? We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate who is interested in joining the exciting Motorcycle Accessory Industry.
We are looking for someone that gets along with all types of people and builds rapport quickly. We will train the right person, automotive sales background not required. Do you currently work in the service industry - you have the skills we are looking for! Take the next step in your career
Provide excellent direct and indirect customer service
Answer phones courteously and promptly
Able to use computer while in conversation with a customer
Process orders via phone, e-mail, website or walk-in
Minimum Candidate Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent preferred
Experience in customer service or retail industry preferred
Ability to occasionally lift in excess of 20 pounds
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
Willingness to learn and accept coaching to apply proven sales strategies
Competencies:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to recognize and execute selling opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to take initiative to complete tasks and solve problems
Ability to manage time and prioritize
Positive, confident and outgoing
Multi-tasker with ability to answer multiple lines when necessary
Willingness to travel at least 3 times a year to trade shows
Motorcycle experience a plus
