Inland Lake Harvesters, a leader in aquatic equipment manufacturing, is seeking an experienced welder/fabricator to join our team in Burlington, WI.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble steel and stainless steel components
Perform MIG and TIG welding with precision and consistency
Interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
Contribute to the construction of custom aquatic weed harvesters used worldwide
Qualifications:
3+ years of welding/fabrication experience
Strong attention to detail and quality
Team-oriented with solid shop experience
