Responsibilities:
Provide a wide range of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and nail art, in accordance with industry standards and client preferences.
Greet clients warmly and engage in friendly conversation to make them feel comfortable and relaxed during their visit.
Consult with clients to understand their nail care needs and preferences, and recommend suitable treatments and products.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including sterilizing tools and equipment between clients.
Stay up-to-date on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products, and incorporate them into your services as appropriate.
Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and recommend home care products to maintain healthy nails and prolong the life of their manicures and pedicures.
Uphold high standards of sanitation and hygiene to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
Build and maintain client relationships through excellent communication, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor.
Handle client inquiries, appointment bookings, and payments accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment conducive to client satisfaction and staff morale.
Requirements:
Valid certification or license as a Nail Technician.
Proven experience working as a Nail Technician in a salon or spa setting.
Proficiency in a wide range of nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and nail art.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for making clients look and feel their best.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices related to nail care.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills through ongoing training and education.
