M&J Hauling, a growing trucking company based in Wisconsin, is looking for an experienced OTR Truck Dispatcher with proven relationships in the industry. We run 3 trucks (2 dry vans + 1 reefer) and need someone who can consistently book strong-paying loads — not just a basic load board dispatcher.
We’re looking for someone who:
Knows OTR freight
Has strong broker relationships
Can negotiate higher RPM
Understands reefer & dry van markets
If you rely ONLY on clicking DAT loads all day, this job is not the right fit. We want someone who can bring value and keep trucks running full-time with minimal downtime.
