Job Title: Mechanical Engineer IIJob Summary: The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving packaging machinery and systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of efficient and reliable packaging solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for packaging machinery.
Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks).
Conduct engineering analysis and simulations to validate design concepts.
Collaborate with electrical and software engineers to integrate mechanical designs with control systems.
Perform tolerance analysis and ensure designs meet industry standards and company specifications.
Support the prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs.
Provide technical support to manufacturing and service teams.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks).
Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
Experience with packaging machinery or similar industrial equipment is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing setting.
