Description We are searching for enthusiastic, service-oriented Call Center Representatives to join our team on a contract basis. The individuals will be fundamental in providing exemplary customer service by handling a high volume of inbound calls and serving as the direct point of contact for our customers. They are expected to be well-versed in our product to answer questions and assist in troubleshooting any issues that may arise. These positions are based on-site in Pewaukee and require immediate start.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Customer Experience Specialist role or a similar position in the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions. Demonstrated skill in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Strong customer service skills, including the ability to resolve customer complaints and manage difficult situations. Experience working in a customer success role, with a focus on ensuring the success of the customer throughout their journey with the company. Experience in a call center environment, including handling high volumes of customer calls and using call center software. Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
