In this role, you will…
Report to the General Counsel and provide business and legal affairs support for all the company’s global strategic sourcing matters.
Partner with the Technology, IT, Marketing, and Strategic Sourcing teams in connection with the negotiation and drafting of all global procurement contracts.
Develop, maintain, and implement forms, processes, procedures, and best practices related to all strategic sourcing activities.
You’ve got what it takes if you have…
Degree from a top tier law school and a member in good standing in CA or other jurisdiction in the United States.
Ten plus years’ experience in a law firm or corporation negotiating and drafting procurement contracts.
Experience or familiarity with SaaS or other tech businesses strongly preferred.
Strong history of performance in demanding, high-growth environments.
Strong organizational, project management, and execution skills with a collaborative and flexible approach when partnering cross functionally with others.
Willingness/ability to work across time zones
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, sometimes in the face of unknowns.
Excellent negotiation and contract drafting skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities in a fast-paced and high-volume environment without sacrificing quality, attention to detail, accuracy or timeliness.
A high energy level and positive demeanor when communicating internally and externally.
Experience working for a portfolio company of a private equity firm a bonus.
