Special Projects & Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: Owner / Photo & Print Manager
Location: On-site — Epiphany
Hours: Part-time, 15–20 hours per week (potential to grow into more hours)
Position Overview
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on work and creative projects. The Special Projects & Marketing Coordinator supports both the production and marketing sides of Epiphany, helping bring beautiful print, photo, and marketing projects to life.
It’s a great fit for someone who is organized, enjoys learning new things, and wants a part-time role in a friendly, community-focused business.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Production Support
Take customer orders in person, by phone, or email and enter them into the electronic job calendar system.
Use the point-of-sale system for checkouts and help keep orders on track.
Cross-train in areas of print/photo production and assist in completing customer orders from start to finish.
Help support special service lines like the Corporate Concierge program. This includes becoming proficient in scanning/archiving, wall art production, and high-volume printing projects.
Assist with store upkeep such as unpacking supplies and keeping shared spaces clean (kitchenette, bathroom, workspaces).
Complete all sections of the employee training manual through hands-on work, reading, and guided training.
Proactively use the training manual as a resource and ask team members for support when needed. Follow training manual procedures and contribute ideas for process improvements where appropriate.
Marketing & Branding Support
Help coordinate marketing activities like e-newsletters (Constant Contact), in-store slideshows, and promotional materials.
Work with outside designers and social media contractors to keep branding consistent.
Assist with updating signs, printed materials, and promotional content.
Client Marketing Projects
Support client website planning, social media strategy, and other marketing initiatives.
Help prepare content or coordinate with designers for more advanced creative work.
Qualifications
Experience in printing, photo services, or marketing is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
Comfortable and experienced using a computer, email, and basic software.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Constant Contact, or Wix is helpful but not required.
Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
Friendly, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a small team.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for periods of time.
