Pauley Construction, LLC is looking for an Office Coordinator to work out of our Casper, Wyoming office. Experience working with permits; handling the necessary paperwork for them and interfacing with local cities and municipalities to obtain permits in a timely manner is a plus. Must have excellent data management skills and be proficient in google sheets or Microsoft Excel. Background in Construction Administration work is a plus. Overview:

This position will be responsible for standard office duties including creating and maintaining job folders, assisting with permitting work and ensuring the office completing necessary paperwork as needed to comply with local operations or corporate. This position will be assisting with payroll weekly by ensuring time sheets are submitted accurately and timely while also ensuring PTO requests are tracked and entered accurately as well. This position may also assist with a wide variety of administrative related tasks including some job billing as needed; ordering supplies for the office; assisting the public that comes into the local office and answering the phone and filing paperwork as needed.Â

Responsibilities:

Position available consists of general office duties consisting of and related to:

Must be able to manage standard office duties such as answering phone calls and returning messages

Managing large sets of data to ensure project compliance and presentation to customers as needed

Permitting Applications and/or knowledge to understand the permitting process

Communicating with construction managers, employees and sub-contractors as needed

Keeping track of all payment receipts for permits as required by manager

Basic ability to use standard office equipment (printer, fax, computer, scanner)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â ÂÂ

Keep appropriate documentation (time cards, job cost, etc.)

Other tasks/duties as assigned by corporate and/or local operations.

Qualifications:

Must be detail oriented and able to manage large amounts of data and ensure data is able to be presented to external customers as needed

Valid Driver's License

Able to meet multiple urgent deadlines in quick and efficient manner.

Maintain a positive attitude with team.

Maintain good public relations (interact with the public in a courteous manner)

Must possess, or obtain upon employment, a valid drivers license.

Must be able to pass a background check and company drug screening.

Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position.

Must possess excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers.
