Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in Auburn, California. This role primarily involves providing a comprehensive range of human resources services, including staffing, employment processing, benefits administration, and training. Additionally, this role involves enforcing company policies and practices and may extend to areas such as departmental development, executive administration, and employment.Responsibilities: Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel and assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures. Participate in the development of department goals, objectives, and systems. Administer compensation programs and monitor performance evaluation programs, revising as necessary. Perform benefits administration tasks including claims resolution, change reporting, and approving invoices for payment. Conduct recruitment efforts for all workers, including writing and placing advertisements, conducting job interviews, assisting with background checks, and conducting new-employee orientations. Handle employee relations counselling, outplacement counselling, and exit interviewing. Maintain company organization charts and employee directory. Assist in the evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of the department in relation to established goals. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve the efficiency of the department and services performed.Skills: Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time. Experience in Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations.
