Consolidated Facility Services is seeking an enthusiastic Project/Contract Manager to oversee janitorial services at Birmingham Airport. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-4 years of management experience in the janitorial or service industry overseeing at least 10 or more employees. You will play a vital role in supervising staff, ensuring quality service, and fostering positive client relationships.
Major Duties (Essential Functions):
Manage daily operations, including maintaining customer satisfaction, adhering to company policies, ensuring safety, and delivering high-quality services.
Establish and maintain open lines of communication with clients and the Operations Manager.
Conduct building inspections to ensure compliance with service standards.
Train employees on the proper use of supplies and cleaning equipment.
Operate and demonstrate the use of cleaning machinery and equipment as needed.
Onboard janitorial staff.
Enforce company guidelines for employee discipline and termination procedures.
Maintain working knowledge of budgets and contract specifications for the account.
Participate in training management trainees.
Conduct weekly inspections and review facility operations, including safety records.

Maintain employee files with all necessary documentation.
Order and manage supplies monthly.
Processing payroll.
Submit monthly customer quality control reports.
Schedule project work and manage equipment maintenance.
