As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing friendly and efficient service to our valued customers. This is an Independent Contractor position, giving you complete control over your work schedule.
Your primary focus will be assisting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. We take pride in maintaining high standards, and you will follow established department guidelines and Contact Center Metrics to ensure exceptional service on every customer interaction. Your dedication to call quality and adherence to standards will be essential in achieving first-call resolution and exceeding our customers' expectations.
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Data entry in various platforms
Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Qualifications
No prior experience is necessary
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Maintain quality of service under pressure
Display positive attitude
Compensation
This role pays up to $42,200
