Experienced worker needed for Home Depot appliance delivery routes in Birmingham, AL. Role will primarily include unloading merchandise out of box truck with a hand truck, removing all trash, and then bringing appliance into the customers’ home with no damage. Helper will also assist driver where needed. Installations include Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator, Range.
Day starts at warehouse loading at 5:30am with two man team until route is complete. Schedule is Monday through Saturday with days lasting anywhere from 8-12 hours depending on the efficiency of the team and the route. 10-15 stops per day on average. Should be comfortable lifting heavy weight with shoulder straps & using hand truck.
$140/day as a helper (1099)
