As we continue to expand our operations, we’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Personal Assistant to support our accounting and administrative teams remotely.

Position Overview

The Payroll Personal Assistant will assist the Finance Department with payroll processing, record-keeping, and routine financial tasks. This is a remote position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with confidential information.

Responsibilities

- Assist with bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing.

- Maintain and update employee payment records.

- Verify timesheets, attendance, and compensation changes.

- Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee information.

- Handle reimbursement requests and digital payment tracking.

- Prepare basic financial summaries and reports as requested.

- Manage sensitive data with confidentiality and accuracy.

- Support administrative and bookkeeping tasks as assigned.

Requirements

- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.

- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, payroll systems, and digital payment platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, Excel, PayPal, Zelle).

- Excellent communication and time management skills.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and trustworthy with confidential information.

- Reliable internet access and ability to work independently.
