Maintenance Technician$32-40 / HR | Huntsville, ALOverview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Multi Craft Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of production machinery.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
Proven experience in multi-craft maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
