Title:Senior FMS Program AnalystServes as a Foreign Military Sales support Individual for the Australia HIMARS Program. Responsible to review Requests for Information and Letters of Request (LORs) for system and platform information pertaining to the HIMARS System. Coordinates with the Program Management Offices, Industry, and other commands to assist in the generation of LORs & Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) in response to a Partner Nation request. Responds to Integrated Logistics Support requirements for Partner Nation including all equipment required for a total package approach.Provide preparation support for requested Partner Nation visits to the U.S. in anticipation of meetings related to HIMARS.Respond to taskers related to Foreign Military Sales funding. Ensure obligation plans are documented properly. Review goals and provide recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance with LOA. Draft memorandums of request for action items. Coordinate LOA response documents as necessary. Prepare material for Country briefings and reports/memorandums. Assist in planning, executing, and taking minutes at Program Management Reviews and other meetings. Develops FMS cases in Department of Defense Security Assistance Management System.The candidate must have experience;
8 plus years experience in USASAC, PEO Missiles & Space program offices, or US Embassy required.
Program management of FMS country cases.
Subject matter expert in Total Package Approach.
