Tindle Construction is looking for experienced Drywall Hangers & Finishers for this role. We are currently hiring for a project at Novelis in Bay Minette, AL. The schedule will be Monday - Friday 6AM-4:30PM.
Applicant must have at least 3+ years of experience to apply.
Must be able to pass an observed drug and alcohol screening
Drywall Hanger Qualifications:
-Must have experience in hanging drywall
-Must have experience in measuring and cutting drywall
- Strong knowledge of frame carpentry techniques and practices
- Proficient in blueprint reading
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Drywall Finisher Qualifications:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old paint or drywall
- Repair cracks, holes, and other imperfections in drywall
- Apply joint compound and tape to seams
- Smooth and level surfaces using hand tools and power sanders
- Apply texture to walls and ceilings as needed
- Prime surfaces before painting
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
