Evolent is recruiting a Senior Analyst to join our Solution Strategy & Value team in Evolent’s Product organization.Solution Strategy & Value is accountable for end-to-end oversight of Evolent’s specialty solutions – the capabilities that power our mission to improve care quality, affordability and experience for people with complex health conditions. Evolent is focused on a large and growing market opportunity in value-based specialty care that we are uniquely positioned to serve through our industry-leading platform. Our specialty portfolio spans comprehensive solutions for value-based condition management in Oncology, Cardiology and Musculoskeletal, as well as cross-specialty enabling products including Imaging, Genetic Testing, Surgical Management and Advanced Illness Care.Collaborations Opportunities:The Solution Strategy & Value team sets the strategic direction for our specialty solutions and drives enterprise-wide collaboration to ensure Evolent’s offerings are distinctive and create market-leading impact. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for activities and deliverables that advance the team’s charter, such as conducting market research, synthesizing insights, developing compelling collateral and facilitating cross-functional projects. This exciting, high-visibility role will report to the VP, Solution Strategy & Value and work directly with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including frequent engagement with executive leadership.What You Will Be Doing:
Strategic roadmap: Contribute to the vision for our specialty solutions, which will include gathering and synthesizing market insights to understand the industry landscape and customer needs, validate new product opportunities and define solution differentiators.
Value delivery: Apply data to prioritize opportunities for enhancing the impact of our solutions on quality, avoidable cost, and patient and provider experience; generate insights and own high-quality deliverables to support cross-functional execution on identified opportunities; facilitate performance monitoring and communications on solution value delivery.
Business development: Develop succinct market-facing communications (e.g., meeting decks, RFP responses) to bring the value proposition of our solutions most effectively to diverse stakeholders; support client-facing teams on matching our capabilities to customer priorities.
Innovation: Facilitate cross-functional efforts to develop and deploy net-new products, such as developing the business case, defining market requirements, and supporting minimum viable product (MVP) launch.
Qualifications – Required and Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (Required)
3+ years of professional experience (Required)
Previous experience in health care in a related capacity (e.g., may include strategy, growth, innovation, management, operations, research, etc.) (Required)
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and creativity (Required)
Analytic rigor (Required)
Resourcefulness – ability to procure detailed data and information (Required)
Proven project management skills, time-management skills, and attention to detail (Required)
Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills, ability to engage in back-and-forth conversation with senior leaders (Required)
Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships across functions and levels (Required)

Technical Requirements:We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees.
