Our Product Support Technicians are the Customer Support Representatives that act as liaisons between our customers, software staff and vendors to support customer needs and processing systems. We are hiring representatives for this role. It is very customer service focused; if you have customer service experience, enjoy it, and an ability to understand technology this could be the role for you.
Job/salary offer would be commensurate with experience.
Product Support Technician I: $19.00/hour, minimum
Product Support Technician II: $22.75/hour, minimum
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
