Aircraft pushback vehicle needs engine & transmission removed & replaced.
Have new motor in crate. Deutz BF4M 1012
Transmission has to be uncoupled & sent to lower 48 for quick turn rebuild, then re-installed with new motor.
Work to be performed at private shop.
Must supply own tools
Must bag and tag all parts & components for easy re-install within 6 week turnaround for transmission rebuild.
Equipment will on jack stands or platform for ease of access. 10 Ton overhead crane is available for use during project.
Shop is air not provided so battery powered and hand tools will be used supplied by hired mechanic.
Assistant will be provided to provide labor help & source additional tools and parts needed to facilitate completion of removal & replacement.
