Job Duties:
Coogan Construction
-Answer phone calls & listen to voicemails.
-Greet visitors.
-Light filing.
-Keep track of office supplies and tell General Manager when new ones need to be ordered.
-Keep an eye on office equipment and work with IT and repair technicians if anything goes wrong.
-Other light duties as assigned.
Island Hills Apartments
-Coordinate with tenants via email, phone, text, and in-person.
-Schedule maintenance repair requests for tenants with maintenance personnel and 3rd-party vendors when needed.
-Move-in and move-out inspections.
-Showing units to prospective tenants.
-Post eviction and correctional notices as needed.
-Process new tenant applications, setup, and execute the full leasing cycle.
Sprucewood and Creekside Parks
-Process new tenant applications, setup, and execute the full leasing cycle.
-Generate, distribute, and follow-up on maintenance notices.
-Post eviction and correctional notices as needed.
-Oversee properties for maintenance concerns the park is responsible for and coordinate proper personnel to address issues.
-Coordinate with tenants via email, phone, text, and in-person.
Requirements for Employment
-Honest, dependable, and quick learner.
-Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
-No recent or serious criminal history.
-College-level Microsoft, mathematic, bookkeeping, writing, and communication skills.
-Some college preferred, but those without will still be fairly considered.
-Experience in management, MS products, and Quickbooks preferred.
-Ideal candidate will be professional and is comfortable enforcing rules.
Compensation
-Starting pay $30-35/hr DOE, over-time opportunities, and regular raises.
-Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Care for employee and family. Employer pays 75% of premium and plan is a mid-range plan.
-2 weeks paid leave.
-Fuel and mileage reimbursement.
-Other benefits can be offered for good performance.
