Looking for a house cleaner. Cleaner will get $75 per cleaning. After some successful reviews from guests pay increase to $100.
We have two 1000 sq ft homes so it shouldn’t take more than a few hours (for most guests)
We are looking to get a third property on the market within the next 12 months. As we acquire more properties this position could turn into a management position as well, which would include managing bookkeeping and our Airbnb page, website, stocking homes with supplies etc. Additional pay will be in the form of a monthly stipend or percentage on top of the compensation for cleaning.
No experience necessary, but ability to do general maintenance will result in higher pay (paint touch ups, change light bulbs, door knobs, replace leaky faucet etc) Please email your resume that includes contact number and email.
