About this role:Strategic Execution and Operations (SEO) is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Action Plan Implementation Platform (APIP) Enablement Team as a Capability Lead. This Capability Lead will focus on supporting and enhancing the existing business tool suite as well as evolving it into a cohesive, standardized suite for driving effective regulatory program management execution and governance activities. Join our global team with unyielding curiosity in understanding user problems and behaviors creating solutions that delight users, are feasible to build and sustain as well as deliver measurable business value.This Capability Lead will partner closely with the APIP Enablement Product Owner(s) and BI Lead(s) to determine a holistic product strategy and executable plan to evolve the APIP business tool suite into a cohesive, simplified, scalable product. This individual will bring extensive Microsoft Power Platform experience to create and support business applications, dynamic reports, and workflows along with establishing and enforcing capability standards. The Capability Lead will also provide guidance to less experienced team members and be consulted as needed to resolve issues or challenges requiring in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform and other solutioning tools. This individual will establish objectives and key results in partnership with our global team to increase the impact and effectiveness of capabilities delivered. This individual is expected to bring strong problem solving, solution creation, innovation, leadership, and partnering skills along with a team orientation. This role will have a significant impact on the usability, business value and effectiveness delivered by the APIP Enablement Team and SEO Teams along with supporting the company's risk management objectives.Key Responsibilities Include:A successful Capability Lead will be responsible for the following representative tasks:
Providing vision, direction, and expertise for the APIP Business Tool suite in simplification and creation of capabilities within the Microsoft Power Platform
Planning, guiding, designing, creating, and supporting capabilities that meet user expectations in a straightforward and sustainable manner
Identifying improvements for existing functionality to improve performance and/or usability
Leading creation of proof of concepts, performing research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts
Bringing current industry trends and new features/functionality from Microsoft Power Platform and like tools into design of capabilities
Collaborating and consulting with peers, colleagues and Product Owners to achieve goals related to assessing business needs and producing feasible, useful solutions that delight
Establishing standards and best practices along with innovating techniques, routines, and projects
Making decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional areas, governance standards, and products
Resolving issues and seeking alternative solutions while delivering expected results
Performing assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex problems and developing appropriate solutions or recommendations
Executing controls as required to mitigate risk
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5-7 years hands-on experience creating leveraging Microsoft Power Platform Tools, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
Deep experience creating applications for Microsoft Power Platform using Canvas and/or Model Driven frameworks
.Net (C#) and Javascript experience interacting with ODATA and REST endpoints for Dynamics 365/Power Platform
Understanding of Microsoft Dataverse
Understanding of security within Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform applications
Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications are preferred
Experience in agile development methodologies, developing business tools and products.
Should span the spectrum of strategic thinking, execution, and supporting business reporting needs.
Ability to communicate insights and findings effectively, both in writing and verbally, to technical and non-technical audiences
Proficiency of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret data and handle complex scenarios
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks along with work efforts simultaneously
Comfortability working under pressure or strict deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail
Passion for learning and personal growth, specifically when it comes to product development
Self-starter with high degree of integrity and professionalism
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
A BS/BA degree or higher
Job Expectations:
Ability to work onsite in a hybrid, in office schedule three days a week, at one of the posted locations. Relocation assistance will not be available.
