Description We are seeking a Client Coordinator to join our team in Flagstaff, Arizona. This role focuses on providing exceptional client service, maintaining a professional environment and performing administrative duties crucial to the efficient operation of our team. The Client coordinator will serve as a vital link between our team and clients, ensuring the smooth running of our office and client relationships.Responsibilities:The Client Coordinator I can expect to focus in the following areas: Welcome visitors, offer beverages, etc. and help to ensure that all clients are made to feel welcome and that all visits are handled with utmost professionalism Answer incoming calls, screen, and route to appropriate staff Deliver superior client service—troubleshoot problems, schedule, and organize meetings; serve as liaison between the team and client as needed Maintain the daily calendar and schedule of assigned team members Work with third-party vendors as needed to keep office clean, operational, and running smoothly (e.g., water supplier, cleaning, UPS, etc.). Expense and facilities management as needed Proactive professional communication with clients, verbally and in writing Order office supplies, refreshments and meals as needed Distribute mail, handle incoming and outgoing special delivery packages Ensure conference rooms and break rooms are cleaned and stocked in a timely manner Perform clerical duties including inputting new client data into CRM Assist with travel arrangements Perform special projects as neededRequirements Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties, including handling phone calls and managing correspondence Strong skills in Administrative Assistance, such as scheduling, organizing files, and supporting team members Familiarity with Administrative Office functions, including maintaining office equipment and managing supplies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make informed decisions Proficiency in using office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
