Chef de Cuisine needed at Forêt Flg

We are looking for a hardworking, organized, inclusive individual for the role of Chef de Cuisine at Forêt Flg. Wednesday - Sunday 7am-4pm. You’ll be running the kitchen, answering to the Chef/Owner. You’ll be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, ordering, food cost, inventory, etc. We have an absolute 0 tolerance policy on bigotry, hatred, and discrimination. The most important thing about our restaurant is that we provide a safe and healthy work environment, and the first act of any of the above will result in immediate termination. Please keep that in mind when applying. If you want to hone every aspect of being a chef and still be home for dinner, this is the job for you.
