Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a 1+ year Litigation Attorney with a law firm based in Mesa, Arizona. The chosen candidate will handle diverse cases including civil litigation, real estate, medical malpractice, estate litigation and personal injury. This position offers remote work flexibility. Responsibilities Provide legal representation for clients in court proceedings related to civil litigation matters. Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, briefs and opinions for all areas of civil litigation. Conduct extensive research and analysis of legal issues related to the cases. Develop and implement litigation strategy for all stages of the legal process. Engage in negotiation and mediation processes to resolve disputes in a timely manner. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations. Attend meetings, conferences, and court appearances as required. Regularly communicate case progress and outcomes to clients. Utilize Civil Litigation skills to enhance case handling and outcome.Requirements Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in the state of Arizona. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Specialization in Civil Litigation is required. Outstanding negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in legal research and strategy. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with court procedures and rules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting. Exceptional attention to detail. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
