We are seeking an Auto Glass Customer Services Representative to join our team!You will be responsible forhelpingcustomers by providing product and service information and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and scheduling
Provideinformation about the products and services
Enter information into scheduling software (Glass Biller)
Document and updatecustomer records based oninteractions
Develop and maintain a knowledgebase of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Auto glass customer service.
Ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience with Glass Biller software.
Previous experience with Auto Glass and parts.
Starting at 30 hours a week and progressing to full time if you are the right candidate.
