Description We are seeking an Associate Operations Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will execute a variety of tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency, ranging from creating orders to tracking shipments. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, allowing you to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to our operations within the industry.Responsibilities: Execute tasks such as providing shipment information, activating shipments, building and assigning loads in accordance with office and company policies and standard operating procedures. Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to respond promptly to customer and carrier requests. Document events and escalate questions or requests when necessary, using knowledge gained through Standard Operating Procedures and experience. Ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to our standards and those of our customers. Schedule appointments and handle invoicing matters, exhibiting strong time management and prioritization skills. Utilize your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs to maintain accurate customer credit records. Use your communication skills to follow through on customer or carrier requests to ensure satisfaction. Apply your attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, especially when validating load data. Foster an inclusive work environment, valuing diversity and respecting all team members. Take on additional duties or responsibilities as assigned according to team and/or location-specific requirements. Requirements Proficient in customer service and communication skills Familiar with office functions and operations Experience in training and developing procedures Ability to schedule appointments and manage invoices Demonstrated understanding of quality assurance and shipping functions Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks Proficiency in executing tasks and using Microsoft Office Suites Knowledge of company policies and standard operation procedures Creativity and innovation skills that contribute to business growth Understanding of discrimination laws and affirmative action plans Experience in load data and EO/IR systems Comfortable working in a call center environment Ability to uphold company policies and procedures Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites Strong prioritization skills and time management abilities Experience in a call center environment is a plus Knowledge of standard operation procedures Ability to bring creativity and innovation to the role Understanding of business growth strategies Familiarity with discrimination laws Experience with loading data and affirmative action plans Proficiency in using EO/IR systems.
