Strong experience building Pega PRPC environment, configuration, and troubleshooting. In depth experience implementing Pega PRPC on Linux based systems.

Design, develop, and implement business applications using Pega PRPC

Experience integrating with external systems using industry standard protocols such REST, SOAP, JMS and similar such.

Work with the administration and development teams to ensure that designs effectively accommodate long-term maintainability, supportability, robustness, and scalability of software solutions

Keeping abreast of patches including minor and major version releases

Responsible for development and maintenance operational health of Pega PRPC application through monitoring, using all available tools in WAS, PDC and AppDynamics

Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.

Experience with building a variety of highly available redundant Enterprise and Open-source Middleware application servers, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Experience with the successful implementation of Pega Platform in a high availability enterprise environment

Experience in Pega Administration , Release Management, Devops, Application Servers, Linux Operating System, and Database activities

Experience in Pega Frameworks & Pega AES installations and configurations.

Collaborate with development teams to deploy new releases, patches, and hotfixes, and ensure smooth migration of applications between environments.

Configure and manage application servers, web servers, and other infrastructure components to support Pega applications.

Managing user access, implementing security protocols; ensuring the overall stability and performance of Pega applications

Implement changes in the production environment, including patches, updates, and configuration changes, following established change management procedures

Handle service requests from business and operations teams related to Pega application enhancements, user access, and configuration changes.

Investigation / Analysis / Fixing of Production incidents. Managing the health of Production systems. Ensuring SLAs are met.

Performance Troubleshooting and tuning, experience implementing high availability solutions like Always on, Clustering, Mirroring etc.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Pega Senior System Architect & IBM WebSphere Certified System Administrator Preferred.
