Job LocationPhoenixJob DescriptionThe Phoenix Plant Facilities/Utilities and Physical Security Manager role has leadership over the Facilities and Utilities organization and manages site security vendor (Andy Frain). As the leader for the Facilities and Utilities organization, the role will have to deliver IWS results based on IWS phase progression for the site. As Physical Security leader for the site, the role will have to manage corporate security standard, including MAGICs tool ownership and corporate audits. On top of managing organization and vendor, the role is also responsible to deliver projects related to facility, utilities, and security masterplan.Facilities and Utilities:
Manage Line Leader, Team Leader, Equipment Owners, and Maintenance Planer

Lead team on IWS ownership and phase progression
Support daily maintenance activities
Lead and manage facilities and utilities site masterplan projects
Manage Facilities/Utilities yearly site budget
Manage site janitorial vendor
Security:
Physical Security system ownership
Manage site security vendor
MAGICs site security tool owner
Manage maintenance of security system (cameras, cameras network, door access, etc) with site vendor (DigiComm)
Host and manage site security audits
Site SPOC for Corporate Security team
Understand, manage and implement corporate security standards
Lead and manage security site masterplan projects
Daily
Work in a safe manner, prioritize the safety of yourself and your team, follow SOPs and Site Safe Practices, and understand safety risks of the areas in which you work
Participate in Facilities DDS meeting and review relevant DMS’s and Department Results
Ensure AM and PM responsibilities are completed according to IWS standards and best practices for all utilities equipment (CIL execution, Centerlines, Defect Handling, PM execution, etc.)
Lead and manage utilities equipment losses using LE tools and drive repairs in a timely manner.
Participate in Engineering DDS and report Safety and 5S status
Weekly
Ensure organization completes all work assigned through Facilities Maintenance Planner or Facilities reporting structure
Execute BOS and OFS, including entering out of office when not in plant
Actively participate in meetings when attendance is requested
Manage organization TWFM approval
Monthly
Participate in monthly department meeting and scorecard review
Participate in team PDCA reviews
Complete QA BOS
Incidental
Report all Safety, Quality, PVP, and Internal Concerns to the appropriate resources
Support and execute Change Management activities for facilities equipment
Support and execute Quality investigations as needed
Participate in site events, activities, surveys, and polls
Complete all Workday and TWFM tasks as needed
Job Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot losses to root cause.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team to achieve business results
Experience in Operations or Engineering function
Basic EWP qualification
Ability to lead and perform equipment owner responsibilities according to IWS Standards, Principles and Best Practices if necessary
Willingness to flow to the work, which could include coverage outside of normal business hours, to support critical Utilities failures and Facilities/Security defects that are causing significant risks to the business
Willingness to learn Corporate Physical Security standards and procedures
Willingness to learn proper site infrastructural needs, including load ratings, structural gaps and assist on performing structural studies for the site
Drive technical understanding of facilities, utilities and security systems
Willingness to lead and manage facilities, utilities and security projects
