Pro Valley 31 Cleaning is a new family-owned residential cleaning company soon expanding into biohazard and trauma cleaning. We are hiring driven, talented, committed, flexible individuals who want to move up and grow with a new company.

This is a pay per job position, with guaranteed pay for work done.
This position provides flexibility. Potential shifts may be scheduled any of the 24 hrs. of the clock, depending on the contract and depending on your experience.
SERVING PHOENIX METRO
This may work well with students who can only work a few hours a week, parents who need additional income, or others whose schedule needs may be unconventional, or situation allows for unconventional scheduling. Your set availability will be required and honored.
Job timeframe, pay and schedule will be clear and in writing before beginning each job.
You must be legally able to work in the US and provide documentation.
You must be willing to take a background check with a third-party background check company. Background checks will be reviewed, there may be an opportunity to discuss your background if you are selected for an interview.
Experienced applicants must be willing to take a knowledge test.
All references will be checked.
You must have access to a computer or phone for an initial video interview via Google Meets or other video interview platform.
No sensitive information will be collected from us until you are scheduled for your first job.
You must be able to work at a fast pace and lift at least 30 pounds without getting hurt.
You must be able to stay off your phone for several hours at a time. Five minute phone breaks will be scheduled. No exceptions.
Jobs will be paid the day job is completed. No exceptions.
Drivers license is a plus but not required. Getting to the job site on time and staying until your agreed upon shift is over-that is required.
