Amazon Sales and Marketing manager
We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Amazon FBA Sales and Marketing Manager to manage our Amazon sales channel. We currently operate several brands in our portfolio. This individual will be responsible for achieving sales & profit goals, managing Product Launch, Product Promotion, FBA Inventory, Keyword Optimization and Ranking, Listing and PPC optimization.
Assist team with sourcing and increasing a category of products and brands across ecommerce channels at a national level to deliver new product categories that will optimize the consumer experience and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage all sales-related daily tasks on Amazon Seller Central
Optimize new and existing Amazon Listings: copywriting, keyword, title, bullet points, A+ and other backend details, product descriptions
Analyze current listing for opportunities and recommend strategy
Manage & Optimize PPC campaigns to increase traffic, keyword ranking, click through rate, conversion rate
Plan and execute product launching strategy for all new products
Monitor competitors listing performance
Help sales growth and expansion with responsibility of research and identification of new product proposals and existing product growth.
Work with internal teams to maintain and optimize current product listings, ensure accurate customer-facing information and content
Prepare, analyze, and summarize sales and inventory data
Help with hiring, training, managing and building Amazon Operation Team
Optimize pictures and videos
Manage FBA inventory and provide accurate sales forecasting
Coordinate with other Digital Marketing teammates or external professionals to complete sales & marketing tasks
Generate new item ideas through Presentations of Competitive Landscape
This position requires a motivated self-starter with the ability to lead and delegate, strong analytic and project management skills, with the flexibility to wear multiple hats, and assist other members of the Team as needed.
Experience & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or experience in a related field.
2+ Years of professional Amazon Seller Central management experience, with proven success in troubleshooting listing/account issues, and opening and resolving cases with seller support.
Proven experience as an Amazon PPC specialist or similar role with demonstrable success in running PPC campaigns across the Amazon platform.
Understanding of e-commerce channels and online marketplaces
Must have the ability to think analytically
Previously manage minimum $50,000/budget per month on Amazon PPC
Previously launched a product from $0 sales and reached $100,000 sales per month on Amazon Seller Central
Strong understanding of E-Commerce principles and best practices.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
Have proficiency in MS Excel, Adobe Creative suite, PowerPoint, and Word.
