Arioso City Lofts Apartments is seeking applicants for the position of Part-Time Leasing Consultant in Central Phoenix .
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS for LEASING STAFF:
Must Work Weekends, 3 Total Days per Week: Saturday 8:30am – 5:30pm, Sunday 11:00am – 5:00pm, Monday 9:00am – 6:00pm
1 or more years in multi-family property management with History of effective leasing/closing ratios
Proficiency in all aspects of PC (specifically Microsoft Office products), office equipment and multi-line telephone operation
Experience in marketing and dedicated to customer service and sales
Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines and experience with Real Page property management software (Onesite) is a PLUS!
Experience utilizing a variety of web-based social media and ad sites for community promotion
Outgoing, personable, self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have positive reference on timeliness and solid work ethic
Professional image with ability to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management
Schedule requires weekend work (Saturdays/Sundays)
LEASING AGENT JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualified candidates will have one year or more in the multi-family property management. Leasing Consultants provide the first impressions to our clientele and are required to meet both current and future residents with a smile and genuine friendly customer service attitude. This position is ideal for the candidate that listens to the needs of our current residents and shares the benefits of calling our community home to our future residents.
