Community Patrol/Security Officer - We offer Company Car, Phone and Performance Bonuses

We are an established Parking Enforcement/Security company based in Phoenix that offers its employees an opportunity to transform Phoenix communities and improve the residential experience. This is a field based position where you will be working independently and not stuck behind a desk.

The Position: We’re looking for Community Patrol/Security Officers. The pay range we’re offering is $18 - $22 [based on experience].

Requirements:

Unarmed Guard Card - Required before applying

2 years + Experience working in security, law enforcement, military, loss prevention or parking enforcement

2 references from previous employers

Ability to work overnight hours: 9pm - 5am appx, including weekdays, weekends and holidays

Clean Motor Vehicle Report

Basic technology understanding and smartphone skills

Customer service skills - highly preferred

Flexibility to adjust and pick up different shifts when needed

Responsibilities:

Understanding and enforcing the various Guidelines, CC&R’s, and Post orders at each individual location

Documenting and warning vehicles that are in violation of said guidelines, CC&R’s, and Post Orders

Calling in tows when necessary

Maintaining a clean appearance and work vehicle

Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times while interacting with residents and community personnel - Customer service skills and de-escalation techniques are required!
