We are seeking a seasoned Bilingual Relationship Manager in Arizona to manage a high-volume pipeline of warm leads and negotiate complex financial transactions.

This is not an entry-level customer service role.

This is a closer’s role for a professional who understands how to build rapport, navigate sensitive financial discussions, and move five-figure deals across the finish line.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Strategic Negotiation: You will work directly with individuals holding long-term, future-dated financial assets. Your goal is to negotiate the purchase of these assets in exchange for immediate capital.

Consultative Relationship Building: You are the bridge between a client’s immediate financial need and a complex financial solution. You must be able to listen with empathy, de-escalate stress, and build instant credibility over the phone.

Asset Valuation & Acquisition: You will analyze payment streams, calculate present value vs. future value, and present "lump sum" liquidity options that align with company margins.

Pipeline Management: You will handle a high velocity of inbound and outbound interactions. Organization and follow-up are not optional; they are the lifeblood of your commission check.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bilingual is Non-Negotiable: You must be fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written). You will be handling a significant portion of our LATAM/Spanish-speaking portfolio.

3+ Years in High-Cycle Sales: We need experience in mortgage origination, debt settlement, logistics brokerage, or financial services.

Financial Literacy: You don't need to be a CFA, but you must understand the concept of "Time Value of Money," interest rates, and how to explain financial trade-offs to non-financial clients.

Thick Skin & High EQ: You will be talking to people in stressful financial situations. You need the emotional intelligence to empathize, but the sales grit to stay on track and close the deal.
